Music Rhythm Trainer does not request internet access, create accounts, show ads, run analytics, or send practice activity to WYNTHAM LTD. The website stores only an optional colour-theme preference in your browser.

2. The Music Rhythm Trainer app
Data stored on your device
Your experience level, training goals, app settings, favourites, optional reminder configuration, practice sessions, and daily rhythm history are stored only in the app’s private storage on your Android device. This information provides training, progress, personalisation, and reminder features.
Data not collected by WYNTHAM LTD
The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking identifiers, or third-party data services. Practice activity is processed on your device and is not sent to WYNTHAM LTD.
Permissions
Vibration is used for optional haptic beat feedback. Notification permission is requested only if you enable optional local practice reminders. Reminders are generated on your device.
Retention, backup, and deletion
Local data remains until you reset it, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall. Cloud backup is disabled for the app. Reset progress in Settings removes sessions, favourites, streaks, and daily history. To remove the remaining profile and settings, clear storage in Android Settings or uninstall. WYNTHAM LTD does not retain a server copy.
3. This website
Local theme preference
If you change the website’s colour theme, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key mrt-theme. It is used only to remember light or dark mode on that device. It is not sent to WYNTHAM LTD and can be removed by clearing this site’s browser data.
No analytics or advertising
The website contains no advertising pixels, analytics tools, behavioural profiling, or cross-site tracking. It does not set cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Technical hosting records
When this website is published through a hosting provider, that provider may process standard technical request information—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time—to deliver and protect the service. WYNTHAM LTD does not use such records for advertising or behavioural profiling.
4. When you contact us
If you email or telephone WYNTHAM LTD, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, device information, and message. We use it to respond to your support, privacy, accessibility, or legal enquiry and to maintain an appropriate record of the communication.
The support form on this website does not submit information to the website. It prepares a message in your own email application. Your email provider’s privacy terms apply when you send it.
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, follow-up, security, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed to answer your request.

We do not sell personal information. Because app practice data never reaches WYNTHAM LTD, you control it directly through the app and Android device settings.

The app is not specifically directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information through the app. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information in a support message, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the information we process. No method of electronic communication or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated text and effective date will be published here. Material app-related changes will also be reflected in the relevant app version where appropriate.
